The Role

As National Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key retail partnerships, managing and growing relationships with major grocery accounts. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales, executing strategy, and helping scale an already successful brand to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with major retail accounts (Big 6 experience highly desirable)
  • Deliver against revenue, profit, and distribution targets
  • Lead joint business planning and promotional strategies
  • Identify new opportunities for growth within existing and new accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and leadership teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager within FMCG
  • Strong track record managing major grocery retailers (Big 6 preferred)
  • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills
  • Passion for health, wellness, or functional beverages is a big plus
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
