Lead Engineer – Food Manufacturing We’re seeking a skilled Lead Engineer to oversee engineering operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising production machinery, driving efficiency improvements, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: * Lead maintenance, servicing, and inspections of production and service plant equipment. * Support new installations, upgrades, and process improvements. * Deliver reactive and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime. * Ensure strict compliance with GMP and safety standards. About You: * Electrically qualified (apprenticeship, ONC, City & Guilds, or 17th/18th Edition). * Multi-skilled with strong problem-solving ability. * Background in food manufacturing preferred, but open to other sectors. * Confident communicator with strong teamwork skills.
