We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing international FMCG business operating across the UK and global markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced logistics and supply chain professional to take ownership of a critical function within the business, leading end-to-end logistics operations while helping shape future supply chain strategy.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently through the supply chain, managing logistics partners, driving cost efficiencies, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

The Role
- Managing end-to-end logistics operations across inbound, storage and outbound distribution
- Overseeing import and export activity, ensuring full compliance and smooth product movement
- Managing relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight partners and cold storage facilities
- Driving logistics cost control and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Improving visibility, reporting and stock control processes
- Implementing process improvements and best-practice logistics procedures
About You
- Import/export management
- FMCG, food manufacturing, fresh produce or other fast-paced supply chain experience
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
- Strong understanding of import/export processes and customs requirements
- Experience leading or developing teams
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and cost management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
