Job Title: Engineering Project Manager – FMCG Location: Redditch Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract (18 months) About Us: We are supporting a leading name in the UK manufacturing space known for their innovation, quality, and commitment to excellence. Their state of the art site in the West Midlands manufacture portfolio of well-known brands, they are continually investing in their infrastructure and processes to stay ahead in a fast-paced, competitive market. They have plans to expand to new sites within the next few years, with funding from a major US investor. The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in delivering capital investment and improvement projects across their site as well as developing future capital budget plans. You will manage a wide range of engineering projects—from equipment upgrades to full site expansions—ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
