We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-driven Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join a growing and dynamic organisation within the renewable energy sector. As a Resolution Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert when customer issues arise. You’ll take full ownership of cases, investigate problems, and deliver effective solutions while maintaining a first-class customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and triaging incoming customer queries and ensuring timely responses
  • Handling returns processes and coordinating with internal teams
  • Speaking directly with customers to resolve issues and de-escalate concerns
  • Investigating complaints to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
  • Logging and tracking cases accurately using internal systems
  • Working to SLA targets and ensuring cases are resolved efficiently
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the resolution process
  • Escalating complex or high-risk issues where necessary

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and customer-focused, with a natural ability to solve problems. You’ll ideally have:

  • Strong experience in a customer service or complaints/resolutions role
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • The ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise effectively
  • Confidence dealing with challenging situations and finding solutions
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems)
