Lead continuous improvement within a dairy manufacturing environment, driving efficiency, waste reduction, quality improvement, and sustainable cost savings aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site-wide CI and Lean initiatives
- Build problem-solving capability across teams
- Deliver cost and profit improvement projects
- Use KPIs and data to identify and sustain improvements
- Improve safety, quality, service, and efficiency
- Support Asset Care and TPM with Operations and Engineering
- Share best practice across sites and lead change
Skills & Experience
- Proven CI or process improvement experience
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional change
- Lean / Six Sigma or SPC experience preferred
- Manufacturing or FMCG background advantageous
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
