The Role

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across London’s foodservice sector. With a focus on fresh produce, you will build strong partnerships with chefs, restaurants, contract caterers, hotels, and wholesalers, showcasing high-quality products and delivering outstanding service. The idea for this position is to grow it into a Senior Sales management position in the South East Area!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition across the London foodservice market
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with chefs, buyers, and decision-makers
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches and product presentations
  • Work closely with operations and supply chain to ensure excellent customer service
  • Track performance against targets, providing insight and recommendations for growth

About You:

  • Proven experience in business development or account management within foodservice
  • Knowledge of fresh produce or wider perishable categories is highly desirable
  • Strong network within London’s hospitality and catering sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
