We’re recruiting for an experienced Order Processor / Customer Service Coordinator to join a fast-paced, growing business with an excellent team culture and strong opportunities for progression. You’ll be responsible for managing high-volume customer orders, ensuring accurate processing, timely dispatch, and excellent customer service throughout. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing customer orders from start to finish within the ERP system
- Managing customer queries via phone and email
- Coordinating dispatch dates and delivery schedules
- Liaising with warehouse, transport, finance, and sales teams
- Handling returns, complaints, and order amendments
- Managing payments, credit checks, and resolving account queries
- Maintaining accurate CRM notes and customer records
