YOUR KITCHEN. YOUR CRAFT. OUR STORY.
Led by the Head Chef, our kitchen team takes pride in menus that combine timeless British favourites with innovative, trend-led dishes. We believe great cooking starts with great ingredients. Our chefs work with carefully selected local suppliers, from high-quality meats from Bailey & Sons of Devon and free-range poultry from Sladesdown Farm in Ashburton, to fresh fish delivered daily from Kingfisher Brixham, sourced directly from Brixham’s famous fish market. Our coffee is roasted on Dartmoor. Our produce has provenance. Our menus are designed to let exceptional ingredients speak for themselves.
As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with quality produce, develop your skills and bring your own creativity and personality to the food we serve.
