We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Operating Model team, helping lead the delivery of our client work and supporting the continued growth of our offering. This role is for someone who is excited by the opportunity to lead work streams on operating model and organisation transformation programmes, own significant scoped deliverables, and work directly with senior client stakeholders. You will also contribute to bids and propositions and play a visible role in internal initiatives that strengthen our team, ways of working and impact.
You will bring:- 4 – 6 years’ consulting experience, or equivalent experience in industry, with a strong track record of delivering operating model, organisation design or broader strategic transformation work
- A strong understanding of operating model, business architecture and/or business design methodologies
- Strong delivery capability, with experience independently leading workstreams and taking ownership of substantial deliverables from problem definition through to final output
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative insight to identify root causes, shape practical recommendations and support robust decision-making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including building trust quickly, engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, and leading discussions through clear, compelling outputs
- A collaborative approach, with experience guiding more junior colleagues and working across mixed client and consulting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Commercial awareness and experience contributing to business development, for example through proposal development, bid writing, identifying opportunities, or helping shape client conversations
- A strong sense of ownership beyond client delivery, with experience contributing to internal initiatives, proposition development, knowledge building or improvements to ways of working
We’re open to candidates with cross-sector experience who bring curiosity, sound judgement and the ability to adapt quickly to new client contexts. You will also play a visible role in growing our Operating Model offering, contributing to bids and propositions, and leading scoped internal initiatives that strengthen our culture, ways of working and impact.
A total cash package in excess of £80,000 comprising of a base salary of £64,575 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months.
25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year.
