Healthcare at Moorhouse: Our Health & Care sector is a critical part of our business and plays a major role in designing and delivering transformation for the NHS. We work with organisations across the UK health system – including national regulators, integrated care systems and providers, helping them solve their most critical challenges. This includes responding to disruptive trends; implementing innovative models of care; delivering transformation programmes; improving operational performance; and defining operating models and supporting organisational design.

Responsibilities: We are seeking a Manager to help lead and grow our Health & Care consulting portfolio, taking full ownership of engagements, shaping our go-to-market propositions, and contributing directly to the strategic direction of the practice. This role combines hands-on delivery with the freedom to innovate, build client relationships, and influence the future of how Moorhouse partners with the NHS.

Essential skills: We are seeking candidates with at least 6–8 years’ experience in healthcare consulting and/or NHS leadership, with demonstrable impact across some of the following areas:

  • Commissioning and System Transformation.
  • Provider Transformation and Operational Improvement.
  • Leadership and Delivery.

What we can offer you: A total cash package of up to £110,000 comprising of a base salary of £82,005 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months. 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year.
