In addition to this, you will have:
- Enthusiasm for human-centred design – with a genuine interest in understanding people’s needs, behaviours and motivations to shape better services and experiences.
- A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues.
- An exceptional communication style; with an ability to interface with different audiences and build trust;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in People & Change, Digital & Data, Performance Improvement, Project & Programme/Delivery Management would be advantageous.
- Proficient MS Office Skills in all packages, advance/expert level in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in the latest digital trends, AI and developments.
Experience:
- At least 18 months – with either consultingor industry experience (Energy & Utilities, Life Sciences, Health, Finance, Telco & Media and Government and Transport)
- Experience in customer experience initiatives is advantageous but not essential — most importantly, we are looking for people who want to grow into design-focused consulting and contribute their creativity to real-world challenges.

- We do not offer sponsorship for this role, you will have the right to work in the UK with no sponsorship required currently or in the future.
What we can offer you at Moorhouse:
- A total cash package ofup to £49,800comprising of a base salary of £37,800 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
- 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year.
