Our Life Sciences sector is a critical part of our business and has experienced double digit growth in recent years. It is an exciting place to work - we are constantly pushing our own boundaries in terms of the capabilities we have, the nature of the projects we deliver and the impact we have for our clients. We work in corporate teams solving business problems, such as responding to disruptive technology trends; implementing innovative products; delivering transformation programmes; upskilling or building capabilities; or defining operating models and accompanying organisational design. We have an ambitious strategy to continue growth of our revenue and capabilities.
As a Manager you will have:
- 6 - 8 years’ experience from a management consulting firm working on transformation and change projects.
- Outstanding delivery/advisory and transformation capability with experience independently leading projects or initiatives in transformation programmes or large projects.
- Subject matter knowledge and experience working in Life Sciences, preferably in: Commercial, Medical Affairs, Global Health, Access & Sustainability, R&D Development.
- Strong commercial awareness and business development capability.
- A strong record of leading teams, building capability, coaching and upskilling colleagues.
- A ‘big picture business thinker’ with a passion for solving business problems.
- A passion for Life Sciences and delivering transformation and change that improves health for patients.
- A self-starter with ability to work independently and identify, scope and lead key initiatives.
Benefits package we offer at Moorhouse:
- A total cash package of up to £110,000 comprising of a base salary of £82,005 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months.
- 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year.
