As a Consultant in the Operating Model team, you will bring:
- Around 2 years’ consulting experience, or 4+ years in industry with a track record of supporting or delivering operating model or transformation projects
- Experience supporting the design and delivery of target operating models, including elements such as people, process, technology and governance
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify pain points and generate insight
- A practical approach to problem‑solving, with an interest in creating operating model designs that are grounded in client context and can be delivered sustainably
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build trust, adapt to different audiences, and engage stakeholders through clear, compelling outputs
- A collaborative approach to teamwork – working alongside colleagues to support each other and maximise the value we deliver to our clients
We’re open to candidates with cross‑sector experience who bring curiosity and the ability to adapt to new client contexts. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to internal initiatives, get involved in shaping our service line and sector propositions, and take an active role in life at Moorhouse.

- A total cash package of up to ÂŁ60,150 including a base salary of ÂŁ45,150 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months.
