We are a dynamic, transformation-focused consultancy committed to helping clients turn strategy into action through exceptional delivery and a culture of sustainable change. We are trusted by clients across sectors to lead and land complex programmes, shape high-performing organisations, and equip leaders and teams with the mindset and capabilities to thrive. We’re proud to be B Corp certified and our consulting expertise and performance for clients have been recognised with industry awards such as the MCA Awards and the Financial Times UK’s Leading Management Consultants Awards. Our clients love what we do and how we work, and we are looking for people to join the Moorhouse team. We pride ourselves on being proactive, collaborative, and authentic team players. Our culture is built on integrity, mutual support, and shared success. You will be part of a high-performing team that is supportive, fun, and celebrates achievements together. We offer you varied, stretching experiences that will sharpen your skills, expand your knowledge and help you shape how workforces respond to constant change, disruption, and opportunity. We will expect you to contribute to a culture of sustainability and embrace Moorhouse’s social responsibility by integrating responsible practices and upholding ethical standards and awareness in everyday work. Moorhouse is currently unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Unfortunately, this means we are not able to progress applications from candidates who would require sponsorship now or in the future.

Our People & Change service line helps clients shape resilient, inclusive organisations that are future‑fit. We focus on the human side of transformation—designing the organisations of tomorrow, unlocking the potential of people and teams, and enabling change that sticks. We work across a broad range of sectors, delivering work at the intersection of three core proposition areas:

  • Organisation Design: Defining and shaping structures, capabilities, decision‑making models, and operating models using industry‑leading frameworks.
  • Organisation Development: Building enduring workforce capability, leadership behaviours, culture, and employee value propositions to sustain long‑term performance.
  • Change Management: Leading people‑centric change through our in‑house approach, aligning to the ADKAR model and best practice behavioural insights.

We’ve recently supported clients with challenges such as:

  • Crafting and delivering complex change programmes, fostering stakeholder buy‑in at every step of the journey.
  • Conducting organisational diagnostics and redesigning structures to support cost reduction, innovation and inclusion.
  • Assessing and building capability at scale to embed transformation across organisations.
  • Co‑designing cultural transformation programmes in digitally disrupted sectors.
  • Shaping purpose‑led EVP strategies to attract, retain and motivate employees.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discrete workstreams or projects within complex transformation programmes.
  • Shape high‑quality client deliverables and interventions across two or more of our core proposition areas:
    • Organisation Design (e.g. org diagnostics, structure design, role definition).
    • Change Management (e.g. stakeholder analysis, readiness, comms & engagement, behavioural change).
    • Organisation Development (e.g. capability build, leadership development, culture transformation).
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal colleagues.
  • Leverage data and insight to shape evidence‑based recommendations.
  • Proactively identify and use tools, templates and methodologies to deliver on programme objectives.
  • Support the growth of the People & Change team, including mentoring colleagues and contributing to knowledge management.
  • Engage in business development activities including identifying commercial opportunities, contributing to bids, proposition development and client conversations.

Experience

We are looking for experienced consultants who are motivated to grow and want to help shape the future of People & Change in a growing, purpose‑led consultancy. This isn’t just about having the right experience, it’s about the mindset. We value curiosity, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a growth orientation. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding client work while also helping us build and evolve our People & Change capabilities.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving complex problems collaboratively.
  • Are passionate about the people side of transformation and human‑centred change.
  • Have an interest in emerging trends shaping the future of work, such as workforce AI adoption, organisational agility, hybrid work culture, and skills‑based talent strategies.
  • Want to help clients build more inclusive, purpose‑led and resilient organisations.
  • Enjoy working in blended teams and contributing to the growth of others.

In addition to this, you will have:

  • 4–2 years of experience in consulting.
  • Track record of shaping and delivering people‑focused change in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering work in at least two of our core proposition areas: change, org design, or organisational development.
  • Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Exposure to different sectors and organisational contexts.
  • Able to take initiative and work effectively in evolving or ambiguous environments.
  • Experience of owning and leading development of core deliverables and workstreams.
  • Experience of understanding a client’s challenges and identifying where this could be a business opportunity.
  • Passion for people‑centred transformation and collaborative working.
  • An industry‑recognised qualification (e.g. PROSCI, CIPD, coaching or psychometrics) is preferred.

You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply; if this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you.

Benefits

  • A total cash package up to £80,000 comprising a base salary of £64,575 (£59,352 for employees based outside of London) and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months.
  • 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year.
  • Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Group Personal Pension Scheme and a range of discounted lifestyle and well‑being benefits through Perkbox.
  • Enhanced family‑friendly package: generous parental pay, flexible working options, and paid time off for family commitments so you can balance work and home life with confidence.
  • Inclusive culture and community: a wide range of employee resource groups that encourage collaboration, peer support and offer learning and education opportunities across the business and create a strong sense of belonging across the business.
  • A culture where you will not need to compete with others because of promotion quotas or the typical distribution curves that govern performance management in other organisations. We recognise and reward performance consistently and transparently across the firm so that everyone knows where they stand.

Our office is in Liverpool Street in London, though we expect you to spend time with clients at their offices as well. We support flexible and hybrid working. Moorhouse is proud to be an inclusive employer, and our values underpin a workplace where we are respected, supported, and able to thrive. We believe in empowering people to bring their authentic selves to work, share ideas openly, take responsibility for their actions, and positively influence their colleagues and clients. We are actively building a culture where we champion diversity and ensure everyone feels a sense of belonging, regardless of their background.
