Management Consultant – Manager – Healthcare
Why Moorhouse
We are a dynamic consulting firm focused on delivering sustainable change. We help our clients turn strategy into action through exceptional delivery and a culture of change. Our transformation consultancy works with clients on projects that deliver change and improvement, whether it is the way they operate, the services they provide or how they manage their people.
Overview
Our Health & Care sector is a critical part of our business and plays a major role in designing and delivering transformation for the NHS. We work with organisations across the UK health system—including national regulators, integrated care systems and providers—to solve their most critical challenges. This includes responding to disruptive trends, implementing innovative models of care, delivering transformation programmes, improving operational performance, and defining operating models.
Health & Care Expertise Spans the System From National Strategy Development To Delivery of Trust-wide Improvements In Provider Settings. Our core areas of focus are aligned to the major changes the NHS is seeking to deliver as part of its 10‑year plan. These areas are growing rapidly in the coming years.
- Health System Strategy and Design: Commissioning and system strategy and design, helping IC/Ss and national bodies redesign care pathways, allocate resources effectively and drive system-wide transformation.
- Health Service Optimisation: Operational, performance and financial improvement across acute, community and primary care settings.
- Digital, Data and AI transformation: Supporting improved decision‑making, productivity and performance improvement across care systems.
