We work across a broad range of sectors, delivering work at the intersection of three core proposition areas:
- Organisation Design: Defining and shaping structures, capabilities, decision‑making models, and operating models using industry leading frameworks.
- Organisation Development: Building enduring workforce capability, leadership behaviours, culture, and employee value propositions to sustain long‑term performance.
- Change Management: Leading people‑centric change through our in‑house approach, aligning to the ADKAR model and best practice behavioural insights.
We’ve Recently Supported Clients With Challenges Such As:
- Crafting and delivering complex change programmes, fostering stakeholder buy‑in at every step of the journey.
- Conducting organisational diagnostics and redesigning structures to support cost reduction, innovation and inclusion.
- Assessing and building capability at scale to embed transformation across organisations.

As a Consultant, you will:
- Work in blended consultant‑client teams to deliver outcomes on complex transformation programmes.
- Shape high‑quality client deliverables and interventions across one or more of our core proposition areas.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal colleagues.
- Leverage data and insight to shape evidence‑based recommendations.
- Support the growth of the People & Change team, working with colleagues to ensure effective knowledge management.
- Engage in business development activities contributing to bids, proposition development.

In Addition To This, You Will Have:
- 2 – 4 years’ experience with a successful track record of managing projects for different stakeholders at the same time.
- Experience of the consulting environment is helpful but not essential.
- Experience of People & Change challenges, with proven expertise in one of the following areas: change, org design, or organisational development.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to analyse a situation and make tailored recommendations.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal); with an ability to interface with different audiences and build trust.
- A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships and experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.
- Experience of understanding a client’s challenges and identifying where this could be a business opportunity.
- Strong MS Office skills in all packages.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
What we can offer you:
- A total cash package of up to ÂŁ62,150 comprising of a base salary of ÂŁ45,150 (ÂŁ39,900 for employees based outside of London) and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months.
- 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year.
