We are looking for an experienced Agile consultant to contribute to sales and business development, lead client delivery teams, and coach and develop junior team members as part of a high‑performing team. You will be expected to motivate, support, and foster the career development of junior colleagues and play an active role in supporting the service lines and Agile propositions.

Essential Skills

- 4–6 years of consulting experience from a large firm, boutique consultancy, or delivering Agile tech programmes.
- Experience working in Agile teams, backlog management, sprint planning, delivering incremental value.
- Experience supporting and developing bids, proposals, and propositions with an Agile or product‑led delivery lens.
- A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience managing senior client stakeholders, including Product Owners, Sponsors, and senior business leaders.
- A keen interest in shaping compelling Agile propositions and integrating with sector teams.
- Cross‑sector experience is valuable; deep experience in a specific sector is also considered.
Experience
- Strong delivery and transformation capability, independently leading defined Agile workstreams, product increments, or initiatives within larger programmes or projects.
- Solid understanding of enterprise technologies (ERP, CRM, data platforms, cloud solutions) and how they support iterative delivery, product development, and business transformation.
- Hands‑on experience in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with appreciation for product‑led approaches and value‑driven delivery.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, experience with senior stakeholders and C‑level environments, supporting shaping of product vision, priorities and delivery outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, balancing structured thinking, product mindset, and hands‑on delivery execution.
- Relevant certifications (Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) are advantageous.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and social responsibility in day‑to‑day delivery and client engagements.
Benefits
- A total cash package up to £80,000, base salary £64,575 plus personal and company bonuses paid every six months.
- 25 days annual leave, increasing by one day per full year of service to a maximum of 30, plus option to buy/sell up to five days per year.
