Telco, Media & Tech (TMT) sector

Our TMT sector partners with clients to deliver complex transformations, deploy new telco infrastructure and networks, launch new products and services, and optimise operations. Our TMT sector works closely with our four core Service Lines: Strategy and Customer, People and Change, Digital and Technology, and Delivery and Performance, to provide a full transformation offering to our clients. We have secured places on numerous client consultancy frameworks and, over the last ten years, we have been involved in some of the most significant transformation programmes across the TMT sector, partnering with Virgin Media O2, Sky, Britbox and Google DeepMind.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a culture of sustainability and embrace Moorhouse’s social responsibility by integrating responsible practices and upholding ethical standards and awareness in everyday work.
  • Work and contribute to leading integrated consultant and client delivery teams on key engagements and accounts, and contribute to business development activities.
  • Support Moorhouse’s continued growth and success in the TMT sector, delivering high‑value consulting services to telco, media, and tech organisations.
  • Receive ongoing development, coaching, and opportunities to grow your career in the TMT sector.

Qualifications

  • 3‑5 years’ consulting or industry experience, whether this is from a major consulting firm or boutique consultancy, or delivering transformation projects and programmes with a telco, media, or technology focus.
  • Experience working in or a desire to work in the Telco, Media and Tech sector with organisations such as Vodafone, BT, Virgin Media O2, Sky, BBC, ITV, Channel4, Google, and Amazon.
  • Experience of working within project and programme delivery environments, supporting successful outcomes for clients across business and technology change initiatives.
  • Ideally, experience in contributing to business development through client bids and proposals.
  • Understanding of Telco, Media or Tech industries through direct roles or consulting engagements.
  • Strong understanding of project and portfolio management (PPM) disciplines and technology‑enabled delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to structure and present information clearly.
  • Stakeholder management and relationship‑building capability, including working with senior client teams.
  • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues.

  • A total cash package in excess of £60,150 comprising a base salary of £45,150 and bonuses paid every six months.
