This role coordinates data management, environmental alignment, and knowledge/document control across the business. It focuses on improving information capture, governance, and sharing, while supporting the Integrated Management System and a robust data warehouse approach. The postholder will also contribute to environmental data compliance and manage a range of KM activities and IT support tasks.
Knowledge Management is evolving beyond traditional document systems. This new position supports the transformation by empowering consultants to exceed client expectations and maintain our leadership in thought leadership and capability development.
Responsibilities- Assist the KM Manager in revitalising the intranet Connect Moor, publishing daily news and articles, performing weekly site audits, and implementing new intranet features using the Microsoft suite.
- Promote digital collaboration tools and oversee KM systems in alignment with our environmental strategy.
- Review and refine the data strategy against current Microsoft tools and client requirements.
- Ensure data retention and best practices for client project closures.
- Supervise document management and content creation for Connect Moor.
- Develop, analyze, and disseminate metrics reports based on Connect Moor activities.
- Handle day‑to‑day IT tickets and respond to queries from Business Support SMEs.
- Maintain and improve existing Knowledge Management assets.
- Practice good data handling, including protection, retention, and governance requirements.
- Lead coordinator for the annual external ISO audit, including evidence collation, stakeholder coordination, and action tracking.
- Provide support for the Information Management System.
- Run and coordinate ISO meetings for the audit.
- Maintain our ISO section on Connect Moor.
- 1–3 years in a Knowledge Management role with strong attention to detail and multitasking.
- Solid understanding of KM principles and ecosystems.
- Knowledge of data warehouse impact and carbon footprint considerations.
- Proficiency in data management, retention, governance, and strategy implementation.
- Experience with AI governance and responsible use.
- Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, GDPR (UK and Europe).
- Analytical skills for usage metrics and concise stakeholder reports.

- Office attendance is expected three days per week.
- Responsibilities include serving on the evacuation team, acting as Fire Warden, and providing First Aid.
- Active participation required in corporate emergency evacuation duties.
- Extensive experience with Copilot, agents, chatbots, and AI technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with Mural, Mentimeter, and willingness to develop these tools further.
- Champion for Connect Moor and other knowledge tools.
- Member of the Responsible Business Team.
- Collaborator with data and environmental teams, influencing corporate responsibilities and commitments.
- Builds stakeholder relationships across Sector, Service Line, and Business Support teams.
- Partners with cross‑team initiatives including IMS/Compliance and the Accelerate Squad.
- Base salary up to £36,000 plus discretionary bonus.
- 25 days annual leave, increasing to a maximum of 30 days; optional buy/sell of up to five days.
