National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) Self‑Employed Theory Trainer Opportunity
Moorgate Training are a leading training provider who deliver approved driver safety training courses throughout the UK. We are looking to expand our panel of trainers and welcome applications who are appropriately qualified, experienced and are enthusiastic.
We are currently recruiting trainers to deliver our National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) National Speed Awareness Course online. The course delivery format would be online via Zoom.
If you want the flexibility to work at a time and frequency that suits you, we have the availability to work with you on a freelance/self‑employed basis.
What we’re looking for:
We ask that all trainers delivering the NDORS courses on our behalf must hold the following qualifications and experience as a minimum requirement:
Licenced by UK Road Offender Education (UKROEd) to deliver National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) course(s)
A nationally recognised teaching qualification at level 3 or above in delivering teaching or training.
Hold a current Disclosure and Barring Service (Enhanced) certificate or Access NI certificate (obtained within the last 12 months), including both child and adult barring lists (or be prepared to obtain) with annual updates
Excellent knowledge of the Highway Code and the ability to refer to the Highway Code during courses.
The ability to deliver training courses as specified in the course manual, and commitment to doing so.
The willingness to adapt delivery style to meet the needs of diverse groups of clients.
