Moorgate Broker Network supports a growing panel of Appointed Representatives, giving brokers the freedom of running their own business with the backing and back-office support of a larger brokerage.
We're looking for a Broker Relationship Manager to manage and develop relationships with our Appointed Representatives (ARs) and Introducer Appointed Representatives (IARs), ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, compliant, and commercially effective broker activity.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day performance of your assigned portfolio: maintaining strong relationships, controlling proposal quality, and making sure broker activity aligns with FCA requirements and company standards.
