Job Overview

As our Recruitment Manager, you will lead the way in transforming how we attract, engage, and support the talented workforce who deliver outstanding care to our patients every day. We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead our busy recruitment team at Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is a key role within our People Resourcing Team, ensuring we deliver an efficient, inclusive, and candidate-focused recruitment service to attract the best talent across all roles including Medical. You will work closely with the Head of People Resourcing, divisional leaders, and hiring managers to design and implement impactful recruitment campaigns, enhance our employer brand, and embed best practice recruitment processes aligned to our People and Culture Strategy. As Recruitment Manager, you will also be the Trust\'s expert in right to work requirements for new and existing staff.

- Has significant experience managing recruitment functions in a large, complex organisation, ideally within the NHS or public sector.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills

- Has strong knowledge of recruitment best practice, employment law, and equality, diversity & inclusion principles.
- Brings creativity and innovation to recruitment campaigns and employer branding strategies.
- Is confident using recruitment systems and workforce data to inform decision-making.

Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include
- Lead, manage, and develop the Recruitment Team to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused recruitment service.
- Oversee the design and implementation of recruitment campaigns, ensuring compliance with NHS standards, equality legislation, and best practice.
- Drive improvements to the candidate experience, recruitment branding, and advertising strategies.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, service managers, and departmental leads to forecast workforce needs and plan proactive recruitment strategies.
- Promote inclusive recruitment practices, ensuring diversity and equality are embedded at every stage.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, KPIs, and workforce data to support strategic workforce planning.
- Deputise for the Head of People Resourcing when required and contribute to wider People and OD initiatives.
