Job Overview
We are looking for an organized and motivated Outpatient Clinic Coordinator to support the smooth running of outpatient services. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to clinicians and patients, ensuring clinics are booked efficiently and patient pathways are managed effectively. Excellent communication, attention to detail and the ability to work in a busy environment are essential.

Main Duties
- Coordinate and manage outpatient clinic appointments.
- Ensure patient records and clinic information are updated accurately.
- Liaise with consultations, nursing staff and other departments.
- Handle telephone and email queries.
- Support outpatient waiting list and appointment bookings.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with Trust policies.
