Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small, dedicated team providing advice and support to staff and managers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree plus master’s level qualification or equivalent specialist experience.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • Experience designing and delivering training for managers on people management issues.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in ER policies.
  • Significant experience advising stakeholders on a broad range of ER issues, balancing compliance with business needs.
  • Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills to engage staff at all levels.

Additional Requirements

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK and completion of a DBS disclosure.
  • Preferred: appropriate UK professional registration.
