As a Production Operative you will undertake a skilled role covering the entire production process, striving to achieve optimum levels of both product quality and plant efficiency.
Desirable Criteria:
- 2 years experience working within a fast-moving production environment
- Previous experience working with computer-controlled manufacturing plant
- A basic understanding of plant engineering
- An up-to-date forklift licence
The fast-moving nature of the production environment necessitates the ability to work independently and within a team, while also liaising with management and colleagues in order to meet deadlines. You will therefore need to have excellent communication skills and a readiness to use initiative. The role requires the ability to work flexibly, pay attention to detail, and have a willingness to work overtime as required.
