Moorepay, Swinton, United Kingdom – two‐year fixed‐term contract (hybrid, 3 days/week Tuesday‐Thursday).

As a Project Manager you will lead key transformation initiatives, designing and delivering digital, data, process and people improvements that support our strategic objectives. Your responsibilities include influencing scope and governance, managing risks, communicating progress, and ensuring resources are optimised to hit milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish project phases and milestones aligned with business targets.
  • Define scoping, business cases and benefit capture to provide clarity of outcomes.
  • Govern projects through quality reporting, steering group facilitation and RACI definition.
  • Maintain RAID logs and manage risk and issue resolution.
  • Deliver business change communication, engagement and readiness.
  • Baselined plans, cost and resource allocation and scope approval.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong background in project and programme delivery, particularly with technology/data/process change.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining project governance, including board servicing.
  • Knowledge of best practice delivery methods and governance for successful programmes.
  • Risk and issue management expertise.
  • Excellent reporting, verbal and written communication.
  • Prince2 or PMP (or equivalent) certification.
  • Robust planning and scheduling capability.
