Moorepay, part of the Zellis Group, is hiring a Technical Support Consultant to provide expert 2nd line support for our HRIS platform.

You’ll own cases end-to-end, collaborating with Product and IT, and focus on rapid, clear resolution for customers and colleagues.

This hybrid role requires 3 days a week at our Swinton office in Manchester, with a strong emphasis on responsiveness, diagnostics, and knowledge sharing across the pod.
