Overview We are looking for a Manager to join our growing Private Client Tax team, advising on trusts, estates and their beneficiaries.
You will play a key role in managing and overseeing the delivery of the trusts and estates private client offering for the team, including identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and efficiencies.
You will also drive the delivery of personal tax and trust advisory work, including preparing reports and leading discussions with prospective and existing clients.

Ability to clearly communicate complex tax matters to non-specialists.
Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with trustees, executors, high net worth individuals, and professional advisers.
Experience mentoring staff and leading teams in a professional services environment.
