This role sits within a well‑established and respected specialist team, supporting corporate clients — many within the Independent Schools sector.
The team advises on pension scheme design and sustainability, governance and regulatory requirements, strategic planning, total reward and wellbeing strategies, and tailored healthcare and group risk solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of a new flexible benefits platform for corporate clients.
- Act as Project Manager, overseeing the design, delivery and ongoing development of the platform.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, driving innovation, improving cost efficiency, and enhancing employee value.
- Ensure strong governance and compliance while combining strategic oversight with hands‑on programme delivery and external provider management.
