Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a portfolio of nonprofit clients (£500k‑£700k) and deliver high‑quality audit and accounts assignments to agreed deadlines.
- Work closely with Partners, act as the key day‑to‑day contact for clients and lead the delivery of engagements.
- Bring strong technical expertise in the nonprofit sector, proactively manage client relationships, and engage senior stakeholders including Trustees and Governors.
- Contribute to business development activity, supporting tenders and identifying opportunities to grow client relationships.
- Play an active role in developing junior team members and contribute to the continued growth and success of Moore Kingston Smith.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should have strong technical expertise in the nonprofit sector and practical experience delivering audit and accounting services for nonprofit organisations.
The ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders, provide strategic guidance, and drive client relationship development is essential.
