Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Manager in the team, you will take a critical leadership role in delivering high‑quality audit and advisory services to a portfolio of complex/high‑profile audit clients (typically £750k‑£950k).
  • You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including trustees, governors and executive team members, and support partners in driving high service, improvements to systems and processes and business growth.
  • You will bring significant experience and strong technical expertise in the nonprofit sector, a proactive approach to managing client relationships, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders on matters of accounting and audit, as well as strategy and governance responsibilities.
  • You will contribute to business development activity, including playing a key role in tenders and identifying opportunities to grow client relationships.
  • As part of a collaborative firm‑wide environment, you will play an active role in developing the team’s Audit Managers/Assistant Managers, as well as the team’s trainees.
