The role:
- Supporting teaching and learning within a Year 4 class
- Working with individual pupils, small groups, and occasionally the whole class
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Promoting pupil confidence, engagement, and progress
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with primary-aged children
- Be confident supporting learning within Key Stage 2
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be patient, proactive, and adaptable
- Work effectively as part of a wider school team
- Be committed to helping every child achieve their full potential
