We are looking for a proactive and organised Education Resource Consultant to join our Hoddesdon team. This is a candidate-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and engaging with people. You’ll play a key role in attracting, supporting and managing teachers and support staff who work with Moore Teachers.
What you’ll be doing:- Sourcing teachers and support staff through job boards, social media and marketing campaigns
- Building strong relationships with candidates throughout their journey with Moore Teachers
- Screening and interviewing potential candidates
- Supporting candidate registrations and compliance checks
- Managing and updating the candidate database
- Creating marketing emails and promoting opportunities to our candidate network
- Supporting recruitment consultants to ensure schools have access to the best available staff
- Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Enjoy communicating with people and building relationships
- Are confident speaking with a wide range of stakeholders
- Have strong written and spoken communication skills
- Are proactive, motivated and positive
- Experience in recruitment, education, sales or administration would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
- £25,000 – £30,000 starting salary depending on experience
- Full-time office-based role
- Working hours of 8:00–5:00, 8:30–5:30 or 9:00–6:00
- Holiday entitlement increasing with service
