We are recruiting a full-time SEN Teacher for an Upper Key Stage 2 class at our partner special school in East Hertfordshire. The school supports children and young people aged 2-19 with severe learning difficulties (SLD), including pupils who may have multiple additional needs.

- Planning and delivering learning appropriate to pupils' individual needs
- Working within a specialist school where communication and personalised learning are central to the curriculum
- SEN/specialist setting experience is essential for the school's current class teacher positions

Can You Offer
- QTS and appropriate classroom teaching experience
- Experience of working within an SEN or specialist setting
- An understanding of teaching pupils with severe and/or complex learning needs
- The ability to adapt teaching and learning around individual pupils
- A strong commitment to the Upper Key Stage 2 class
- A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and other professionals
