The role:
- Leading the school's business, finance, and operational functions

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and statutory requirements
- Supporting the Headteacher and governors with strategic planning and school improvement priorities
- Contributing to the efficient day-to-day running of the school
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a School Business Manager or senior school administration role
- Possess strong financial and organisational skills
- Have knowledge of school systems, compliance, and operational procedures
- Be an effective communicator with excellent leadership skills
- Be proactive, highly organised, and able to manage competing priorities
- Be committed to supporting the wider success of the school community
