The role:
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 6 pupil
- Supporting a child with potential ADHD who does not present with high-level needs
- Encouraging engagement, focus, and confidence within the classroom
- Working closely with the class teacher and SEND team to support learning and progress
- Promoting positive behaviour and independence
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous SEND experience, particularly supporting pupils with attention and concentration difficulties
- Be patient, adaptable, and proactive
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Be committed to helping children thrive both academically and socially
