What You’ll Do

This is a varied and fast‑paced 180 recruitment consultant role where you will:

  • Manage and grow a warm primary desk, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Source, interview, and place high‑quality teachers and support staff.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle with accuracy, organisation, and safeguarding compliance.
  • Conduct client visits to build new relationships and enhance service delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive, high‑energy team culture.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds, including:

  • Education recruitment (ideal but not essential)
  • Primary school experience (advantageous)
  • Sales, customer service, or management roles where relationship‑building is key
