About the Role

Moore Teachers are looking for a Registration & Vetting Advisor to support our candidate onboarding process, ensuring all of our teachers and support staff are fully cleared and ready for work in schools. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you will work closely with candidates, building strong relationships while ensuring all required checks and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the onboarding and vetting process for candidates
  • Building strong rapport with candidates and guiding them through the clearance process
  • Making regular calls to candidates, referees, and third parties to gather information
  • Reviewing and checking documentation (ID, DBS, references, qualifications, employment history)
  • Identifying and resolving gaps or inconsistencies in candidate files
  • Managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively in a busy environment
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the database system
  • Supporting the wider team with onboarding and compliance processes
