The role:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Supporting learning across the primary age range
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Encouraging pupil engagement and participation in lessons
- Working closely with school staff to support pupils' progress and wellbeing
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with children in a school setting
- Be confident leading a class and managing behaviour effectively
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and proactive
- Be committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential
