Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding full-time role in a supportive primary school? We are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Hertfordshire, supporting pupils across the whole school from EYFS through to Key Stage 2. The Role
As a full-time Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality classroom support across all year groups. You will assist with whole-class learning, lead small group interventions, provide one-to-one support where needed, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment for every child.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a UK primary school
- Be confident supporting children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be patient, proactive and able to use their own initiative
- Be committed to helping every child achieve their full potential
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative school team
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
