Moore Teachers are looking for a Registration & Vetting Advisor to support our candidate onboarding process, ensuring all of our teachers and support staff are fully cleared and ready for work in schools. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you will work closely with candidates, building strong relationships while ensuring all required checks and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the onboarding and vetting process for candidates
- Building strong rapport with candidates and guiding them through the clearance process
- Making regular calls to candidates, referees, and third parties to gather information
- Reviewing and checking documentation (ID, DBS, references, qualifications, employment history)
- Identifying and resolving gaps or inconsistencies in candidate files
- Managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively in a busy environment
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the database system
- Supporting the wider team with onboarding and compliance processes
- Confident communicator with a friendly and professional telephone manner
- Ability to build rapport and support candidates through the process
- Organised and able to manage a high volume of tasks
- Comfortable working within structured processes
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or compliance is desirable
