What You\’ll Do
- Manage and grow a warm primary desk, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Source, interview, and place high‑quality teachers and support staff.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle with accuracy, organisation, and safeguarding compliance.
- Conduct client visits to build new relationships and enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to a positive, high‑energy team culture.
Who We\’re Looking For
- Education recruitment (ideal but not essential)
- Primary school experience (advantageous)
- Sales, customer service, or management roles where relationship‑building is key
The Ideal Person
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be confident speaking with a range of stakeholders
- Have a high standard of written and spoken English
- Be self‑motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed
- Be well organised with outstanding attention to detail
- Have the ability to multitask and manage a busy desk
- Hold a full driving licence for essential client visits
