They are looking for a Project Manager to bring structure, governance, and energy to their digital transformation journey. This role sits at the heart of our business change agenda — coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams, aligning priorities with stakeholders, and ensuring new solutions are embedded and adopted.

What you\'ll do

  • Lead digital and process improvement projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Apply project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, hybrid), managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Partner with business leaders to prioritise initiatives and manage expectations.
  • Oversee delivery resources including Digital Business Analyst(s) and Systems Developers.
  • Drive adoption of new systems and processes, embedding them into operations.
  • Track and report measurable improvements, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.
  • Share knowledge, refine practices, and capture lessons learned.

What you\'ll bring

Essential:

  • Proven experience delivering business or digital transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, hybrid).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance governance with pragmatism.
  • Experience coordinating technical and business resources.

Desirable:

  • Qualifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, PMP, or Agile certifications.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code solutions or CRM platforms (HubSpot, Dynamics 365).
  • Background in business process improvement.
  • Familiarity with Business Analysts and Developers in delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks.
