Key Responsibilities
The Director of Payroll is a key leadership role responsible for the overall strategic direction and financial performance of our payroll department. Leading a team of 40 payroll professionals, the Director will oversee all aspects of payroll processing for our 1,500 clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all applicable legislation.
This role drives the growth and development of the service area, with a focus on expanding the client base, increasing the current revenue of £3.5 million by a 20% annual growth rate, and maximising profitability.
