I’m currently recruiting for a Safety Compliance Advisor role, this is a permanent position with a salary of £38,954 plus an excellent benefits package.
Delivery of the effective management of Gas safety, Electrical safety and Lift safety in accordance with regulatory undertakings to ensure all management controls are fully compliant and reduce any residual risk to customers, employees, and third parties. This role also entails the management of smaller compliance areas, which include, but are not limited to, the oversight of other heating systems, door entry, and alarms.
Key duties will include:
- Updating and managing compliance for electrical and gas safety.
- Working with the wider maintenance and compliance team.
- Collaborating with external contractors.
- Using in-house software and Microsoft programmes.
- Ensuring quality and performance of contracts.
Based in Kidderminster with home-based working three days per week.
