Position Overview
The role is for an Assistant Manager to manage the day‑to‑day operational running of our voids service. Reporting directly to the Home Maintenance Services Projects Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring maintenance work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard, and for meeting key performance targets.

Qualifications
- Experience working with the Housing Health & Safety Rating System and Building Safety (fire risk) regulations.
- BTEC/HNC in Building Studies, or equivalent experience within the construction industry.
- Experience leading a team, with the ability to communicate at all levels and work well with customers, contractors and other agencies.
