Building Surveyor
Overview
Working on large construction and planned works projects for a large regional housing provider. Support a large construction planned investment and refurbishment programme for our major works projects that contribute to our great homes and neighbourhood standard.
Responsibilities
You’ll be working closely with Project Managers to ensure that our contractors are delivering our major works projects in line with our high standards, ensuring value for money and customer focus.
Qualifications
- A construction or building related qualification at HNC level or equivalent experience.
- Experience of managing construction projects.
- Experience of working with and managing contractors.
- Experience working with customers.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
