Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage vacant property operations across the country, ensuring properties are turned around quickly to minimise rental loss and maximise occupancy.
  • Develop and implement consistent processes to manage vacant properties, maintaining high standards and meeting time and budget targets.
  • Work closely with regional teams, contractors, and other departments to streamline the process of managing vacant properties, including inspections, contractor management, and property handovers.
  • Monitor performance, analyse data, and use best practices to reduce the time properties stay vacant and lower associated costs.
  • Create and manage a programme for vacant properties across all locations, setting standards for quality and turnaround times for both sales and rental properties.
  • Develop and maintain systems to ensure vacant properties are managed efficiently and consistently across all regions.
