I’m currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor to work for a housing provider in the West Midlands. The role will involve surveying a variety of property types including high rise blocks.
Responsibilities:
- Use of Active H asset software
- Physical inspection of properties externally and internally
- Reporting any major issues
- Identify and development of programme of works
- Working as part of stock condition team
Requirements:
- You must have experience of working within a housing sector
- UK driving licence
- Good IT skills
Location: Walsall
Salary: £225 - £240 per day
